International Online Teachers Society(IOTS) is an independent non profit international organization committed to improving the state of online and offline education in the world by engaging all kinds of language teachers with fluent English speaking skill in the world to shape global, regional and education agendas. The IOTS Committee is the guardian of our mission, value and brand. It is responsible for creation, innovation and inspiration through an exemplary standard of governance. IOTS Committee members with unique leadership experience from lecturing, writing, publishing, recruiting, certificating, running forum and event, etc., participate in the committee's activities.

The Committee role includes managing the policy of International Online Teachers Society and its institutions such as International Online Teachers Society Foreign Language School(IFLS), appointing new members, reviewing all applications in the society, determining and monitoring the execution of International Online Teachers Society, defining the roles of IOTS Committee inclucing the review of strategies and activities in light of mission of International Online Teachers Society.
